Terms of Service for Toffeeacademiaarts
If these terms are broken you will be privately blacklisted from commissioning me and reported.
SECTION 1. IMAGE COPYRIGHT
1. I, the artist still have full rights to the original artwork
The client may not claim it as their own or use it for anything other than personal use. Redistribution of my artwork for use in printed merchandise or as promotion of goods, services, or social media pages is prohibited. If you have any questions about this, ask me before commissioning me.2. Prohibited Actions
Altering my artwork in any way without asking for permission beforehand, except for cropping resizing the image for an icon, or other use
Use my artwork as a reference for your own, whether tracing or re-purposing parts of the image.3. Pro-ship
If you have reposted my art and have anything pro-ship related in the tags, caption, title, etc. You will be blacklisted.
SECTION 2. PAYMENT INFORMATION
1. I only accept USD as a form of payment
All payments will be through PayPal only. I will be working on other forms of payment.2. Refund Policy
If the commission is canceled (by me or the client) before work has started, then the client will receive a full refund.
If the client cancels the commission during progress, the amount refunded will be on a case-by-case basis and up to the artist’s discretion. I do have a rough basis for refunds:
- Sketch: 90%
- Line: 50%
- Line and Flat Color: 0%
No refunds will be given for completed or nearly completed commissions.
SECTION 3. WILL/WON'T DRAW
1. Below are the general things I will and won’t draw
Please keep my art style in mind when ordering; I will not try to match another artist's or company's art style (for example; SVTFO style, Arcane style, etc.)2. Allowed Content

- Anthropomorphic Animals
- Slight Gore
- Fluff
- Original Characters (OC's)
- Monsters (depends on what they look like)
- Ship art (Within Reason)
- Complex Original OC’s
- Real People3. Not Allowed Content
- NSFW of any kind
- Realism
- Normal Animals (I’m sorry)
- Anything pro-ship related
- Any sort of hateful content, such as racism, transphobia, homophobia, and characters with Nazi/Soviet/etc. imagery or paraphernalia.
SECTION 4. WORK PROCESS
1. Slots
I will do commissions in batches of slots, I will only have three to four slots open at a time. Each commission takes up one slot. I usually take three to four weeks on each piece, please don’t rush me.2. Breaks
After each batch, I will take four to five weeks off to invest in my art as well as make sure I don’t burn out.3. WIPs
I will show you my progress through WIPs (work in progress) if at any point you would want me to change something let me know.
